A party is entitled to be represented by an attorney; legal persons and entities that have no juridicial personality are required to be represented by an attorney before the tribunal.

Discharge or withdrawal of counsel

A party that discharges or replaces the attorney must so inform the Secrétariat and the other  parties in writing without delay.

The same is true for an attorney who wishes to withdraw from a case. The Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal may authorize the withdrawal on the conditions it considers necessary, according to the attendant circumstances.
