If you wish to amend your application before the hearing, you must serve the amended application on the opposite party and send the original to the Secrétariat.

During the hearing, an amendment cannot be made without the Tribunal's authorization.

An amendment may not be made if the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal finds that it is useless or contrary to the ends of justice, or would result in an entirely new action or application having no connection with the initial one.
